Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Resolution Process
After verification, ZALORE may provide:
- Replacement Product
- Store Credit
- Alternative Resolution
at our sole discretion.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- A replacement cannot be provided
- The issue is verified by our support team
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
